Returns Policy

If you should receive a defective order, please contact us at sales@proxcards.com regarding a return and re-order of your cards. We will be happy to work with you to correct this issue and get cards to you as quickly as possible.

In most cases, proximity cards are custom orders and we are unable to offer a return policy for incorrectly ordered items if it matches your order information.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Note on lead times:

For custom orders (custom programming), there is a 5-7 day materials and programming turnaround time. Cards and fobs are programmed and tested before they are sent out with the shipment method you select. Note: We are experiencing cargo delays and supply shortages from card manufacturers. Some products are delayed as far out as 4-6 weeks — with a current average of 3 weeks.
